Add-N-Pure Adenovirus Purification Kits
Recombinant adenovirus is the most efficient viral system developed to-date with regards to gene, siRNA, and miRNA delivery for in vitro and in vivo application. Traditionally achieved by Cesium chloride density gradient ultra-centrifugation, the process has been technically demanding and time consuming.
Add-N-Pure™ Adenovirus Purification Kits make adenovirus purification easier and more efficient than before. The system is a chromatography-based concept, representing improvement to traditional methods. The entire Add-N-Pure™ purification process takes less than 2 hours to complete, opposed to the 48-hour traditional method. You can acheive a concentration between 1010pfu/ml to 1013pfu/ml, depending on the amount of viral input.
All of the kits are pre-assembled for immediate use. The one-way valve allows selective withdrawal and elution in the desired direction, facilitating the purification process. The purification filter contains an ion exchange membrane that has a high affinity for adenovirus and can be used efficiently eluted under our proprietary buffer conditions.
