Anti-HA Tag Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
This HA-tag monoclonal antibody recognizes HA-tagged proteins over-expressed in cells; including both the amino-, or the carboxy-, termini of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells. The synthetic peptide was from Influenza hemagglutinin epitope (YPYDVPDYA), which is coupled to KLH.
APPLICATIONS
- ELISA, Dot Blot, Western Blotting (1:1000), recommended starting.
- Immunoprecipitation, Immunostaining (1:200), recommended starting.
HA Western blot analysis of 293 cells transfected with HA-tagged vector (2) and untransfected control (1).
