Column-Pure™ Bacterial Genomic DNA Kit
This is a quick and easy spin column method for isolation of genomic DNA from bacteria which does not use phenol or other hazardous chemicals in the process. The isolated DNA is of good quality for PCR, restriction digestion and other downstream applications. The kit contains all tubes necessary to complete a genomic DNA isolation. The Mini Kit will process samples from 200μl-2ml of overnight culture.
