CapFishing™ Full-Length cDNA PreMix Kit CapFishing™ technology provides an ideal method for exclusively generating full-length cDNAs using CapFishing™ adapter and oligo dT adapter. This is a simple and fast method that requires no complex series of enzymatic steps such as tailing, adapter ligation, CIP pre-treatment, or second strand cDNA synthesis. Only full-length cDNAs synthesized by CapFishing™ Technology have CapFishing™ adapter at their 3′ ends and oligo-dT adapter sequences at their 5′ ends. Consequently, the first-strand full-length cDNAs generated by CapFishing™ technology can be used directly in 5′- or 3′-RACE (Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends) reactions to amplify full-length 5′ and 3′ cDNA ends.
