Column-Pure™ Endotoxin-Free Plasmid Mini-Prep Kit
This kit is designed to purify plasmid DNA from E. coli host strains with endotoxin levels below 0.1EU/µg of purified plasmid DNA. The resulting plasmid DNA can be used for transfection, automated sequencing, and other downstream applications. This kit is a quick and economical method for preparation of high-quality, endotoxin-free plasmid DNA. It is also useful when attempting to purify low-copy plasmids. Furthermore, the unique design of this kit provides a convenient choice between a vacuum method or a centrifuge method. Each method offers the same high-quality results.
