Consists of 11 fragments ranging from 100bp to 1500bp. 
This ladder is designed for visualizing DNA bands with their size in the 50bp position. 
The 1Kb DNA Ladder I contains 9 fragments ranging from 0.5 to 10Kb. The 3Kb band is intensified to serve as an internal reference indicator. 
The extended 1Kb DNA Ladder II contains 11 DNA fragments. Each recommended loading will yield a minimum of 30ng DNA for any single band.
