Direct^TM PCR Genotyping DNA Prep Solution is used in the  Direct^TM PCR Genotyping Kit, which contains all the reagents needed for quick preparation of genomic DNA for  genotyping by direct PCR amplification. Tissues used for the kit can be mouse tail, ear pieces and nail tips, and other tissues or cultured cells. The PCR product can be directly loaded onto agarose gel without addition of loading dye for visualization of the experimental results.
