HP-Taq DNA Polymerase
Our product has a higher DNA amplification power than regular Taq DNA Polymerase, while using the same PCR conditions. It retains higher activity than most other DNA polymerases, even after longer exposure to heat. HP-Taq DNA Polymerase has independent terminal transferase activity; resulting in the addition of a single adenosine at the 3′ end of the extension product. This can then be used in TA cloning procedures.
