NucleoBond® Xtra Plasmid Purification
NucleoBond® Xtra Plasmid Purification This is a new generation of NucleoBond® technology. It is an anion exchanger, similar to the one used in our other kits, but with improved efficiency, binding capacity and filtration rate. The larger columns, combined with lower silica resin beds, allow for a faster flow rate. The addition of a special filter provides a higher binding capacity, which results in a higher yield. This is available in an endotoxin-free kit as well.
