NucleoSpin® Extract II Kit
NucleoSpin® Extract II Kit is a 2-in-1 kit for gel extraction and for PCR clean-up with optimized recovery and elution volume. The kit is in a format of mini spin columns, based on Silica-membrane technology. This kit is particularly useful for isolation and recovery of DNA samples from agarose gels after electrophoresis in TBE or TAE running buffers. Without any modification, this same kit can be used for PCR product clean-up.
