NucleoSpin® Plant DNA Purification Kits
NucleoSpin® Plant DNA Purification Kits are offered in two formats. The NucleoSpin® Plant DNA Purification Kit (MN740770) is a single spin column and the NucleoSpin® 96-Well Plant DNA Kit (MN740661) is in a 96-well plate form. Plant DNA purification kits come with all necessary components and are ideal for isolation of genomic DNA from plant material, fungi and other biological plant tissues. One unique feature of the kits are that alternative optimized lysis buffers are offered for processing various samples. Users can add up to 100mg (wet weight) or 20 mg (dry weight) starting material. This amount will yield between 1-30μg of purified DNA and is ready for many molecular biology applications. The 96-well plate protocol can process plant samples of 20-100mg, yielding 5-30μg of DNA. It offers a vacuum or centrifuge protocol and can be completed in a time-saving, efficient manner.
