NucleoSpin® RNA Purification Kits Choose between spin columns (NucleoSpin® RNA II-minicolumns, Catalog No. MN740955) or 96-well plates (NucleoSpin® RNA 96-well plates, Catalog No. MN740709) for these kits. They contain everything the end-user needs to obtain highly purified RNA, including special filters for homogenization and lysate reduction, a membrane desalting buffer and DNase I for removal of genomic DNA. The kits result in yields up to 70μg of ready-to-use total RNA, with a starting binding capacity of 100μg RNA. It's versatile for tissues or cells. The 96-well plate protocol only takes about one hour. Total preparation time for the spin column is less than 30 minutes for 6 preps!
