NucleoSpin® Tissue DNA XS Kit
NucleoSpin® Tissue DNA XS Kit is specially designed for DNA isolation out of extra small samples such as microdissected tissues, small blood samples, or small amounts of cells. Based on reliable silica membrane technology, the NucleoSpin® Tissue DNA XS Kit is overcoming the limitation of conventional kits through an innovative new column design: a funnel-shaped thrust ring is holding a silica membrane of small diameter. It allows accurate dispensing of small volumes on the membrane and a reduced elution volume of only 5-30μl. The high yeild achieved with the kit, combined with the small elution volume, leads to high concentration DNA. This sample will be free from impurities and suitable for sensitive downstream applications.
