One-Shot™ HF PCR Kit
This system not only simplifies the PCR optimization process, but also offers high fidelity for amplified products. It is particularly important for genetic variation studies or for cloning genes from cDNA or genomic DNA. The system contains multiple high-fidelity thermostable DNA polymerases and pre-optimized buffers in 12 different reaction configurations. The results of this kit provide the optimal conditions for specific templates and primers used. Individual reaction mix can be ordered using catalog number D128-X, where X stands for any number from 1 to 12 of this kit.
The system is in 2X Master Mix format. Users only need to add templates, primers, and H2O, if needed. Total numbers of application (rxn) are dependent on your final PCR reaction volume, i.e., 25 ul or 50 ul.

TECHNICAL TIP
Using the One-Shot DNA PCR Kit is easy: denature at 94°C for 1 minute, anneal at 55°C for 1 minute, and perform the primer extension at 72°C for 1 min/kb, for 32 cycles. Change the annealing temperature and the number of amplification cycles up or down according to primers, templates, and initial results. All 12 reactions should be carried out at the same time to define the optimal reaction conditions. Individual Reaction Mixes can be re-ordered for future experiments, using catalog# D128-X, here X can be any numbers from 1 through 12, according to your previous results.
