One-Shot™ PCR Kit
The One-Shot™ PCR Kit contains 12 different PCR Master Mixes formulated with multiple thermal DNA polymerases and pre-optimized PCR buffers and enhancers in 12 different combinations. All the Master Mixes are in the 2X format. The One-Shot™ PCR Kit simplifies the process to determine optimal conditions for each unique combination of template and primers, and works well for regular PCR and special PCRs; such as long PCR, high GC PCR and PCR with low abundant templates. Once the optimal condition is determined, individual Master Mixes can be used for future experiments.
The 2XMaster Mix format means that users only need to add their template, primers, and H2O, if needed. All the Master Mixes contain an inert red dye which allows reaction products to be loaded directly into a gel for electrophoresis without the need for loading buffer.
