One-Shot™ PCR Kit
There are many variables to consider when optimizing a reaction for an experiment: template complexity, primers, selection of DNA polymerases, annealing temperature, etc. The One-Shot™DNA PCR Kit greatly simplifies this optimizing process, saving a lot of time and effort in sample handling and increasing the consistency of results.
The system contains several thermostable DNA polymerases and pre-optimized buffers in 12 different reaction configurations. Researchers will achieve results the first and every time. The results of this kit provide the optimal conditions for the specific templates and primers used. Individual reaction mix can be ordered using catalog number D125-X, where X stands for any number from 1 to 12 of this kit.The One-Shot™ DNA PCR Kit is in a 2X Master Mix format. Users simply add their templates, primers, and H2O, if needed.

Technical Tip
Using the One-Shot DNA PCR Kit is easy: denature at 94°C for 1 minute, anneal at 55°C for 1 minute, and perform the primer extension at 72°C for 1 min/kb, for 32 cycles. Change the annealing temperature and the number of amplification cycles up or down according to primers, templates, and initial results. All 12 reactions should be carried out at the same time to define the optimal reaction conditions. Individual Reaction Mixes can be re-ordered for future experiments, using catalog# D125-X, here X can be any numbers from 1 through 12, according to your previous results.
