Pre-stained 100bp DNA Ladder
Pre-stained 100bp DNA Ladder consists of 10 DNA fragments, from 150-1500bp. Packaged with the loading dye that contains the DNA stain, users need only to load the ladder (with the loading dye) onto the gel and they can immediately detect the bands under UV light. No additional staining is required for the DNA ladder! Users will need at least 5μl of the ladder, but if a brighter band is desired, or the gel wells are larger, more may be necessary. There is an internal reference band at 550bp. The loading dye may also be used with DNA samples as well, so no additional staining is necessary for the visualization of your samples either!
