Pre-stained 1Kb DNA Ladder
Pre-stained 1Kb DNA Ladder consists of 11 DNA fragments, ranging from 0.5Kb-10Kb. Packaged with the loading dye that contains the DNA stain, users need only to load the ladder (with the supplied loading dye) and they can immediately detect the bands under LED light. No additional staining is required for the DNA ladder! Users will need at least 5μl of the ladder, but if a brighter band is desired, or gel wells are larger, more may be necessary. There is an internal reference band at 3Kb. Use the supplied loading dye for your DNA samples as well, so no additional staining is required for visualization of your samples!
