Super TB
SuperTB is similar to Terrific Broth, except that glycerol has been replaced with a dry carbon source to improve quality and ease of use. Because SuperTB requires fewer preparation steps than Terrific Broth, it becomes a very convenient and reliable choice. It is especially useful when growing low-copy plasmids or when an extremely high yield of high-copy plasmids is desired. Premixed dry powder.
OTHER PRODUCTS
SuperTB Is a very rich, nutritional bacterial medium designed for growing high-density bacteria. This medium also results in less cell death, even during prolonged culture. SuperTB works particularly well for many bacterial strains with modified or defective genes.
