Column-Pure™ Tissue Genomic DNA Kit
This is a quick and easy spin column method for isolation of genomic DNA from various animal tissues and cultured cells. No phenol or other hazardous organic chemicals are required. Kits are available for Mini preparations. The Kit will process samples up to 30mg of tissue. The isolated DNA is of excellent quality for many molecular biology applications, such as PCR, restriction digestion, and other downstream applications.
