Tsg Amplification Kit
Ready-to-use, pre-optimized kit for thermal DNA amplification. The kit contains everything needed for DNA amplification experiments. The kit includes Tsg DNA polymerase (200 units), dNTPs, 10X reaction buffer, and 25mM MgCl2 solution. Tsg DNA Polymerase is a high fidelity polymerase that is also more heat stable than other DNA polymerases. DNA sequencing with Tsg DNA Polymerase produces uniform band intensities with low background. Tsg has independent terminal transferase activity, which results in the addition of a single adenosine (A) at the 3' end of the extension product, and allows the amplification product to be cloned in T-vectors.
