Tsg Plus Amplification Kit
Ready-to-use, pre-optimized kit for thermal DNA amplification. This kit has everything needed for DNA amplifications with Tsg Plus DNA Polymerase, a blend of Tsg DNA Polymerase with another high fidelity thermal DNA polymerase, in order to achieve higher fidelity. Tsg DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase isolated from a strain of Thermus sp. that is not only more stable than several other DNA polymerases, but also has higher fidelity. Adding another high fidelity thermostable DNA polymerase further reduces the error rate and improves performance in the amplification of longer products as well. Amplified products are mixtures of blunt-ended fragments and fragments with overhanging-A ends, allowing users to choose either blunt-end or TA cloning protocols when cloning is desired.
