Our Column-Pure™ DNA Gel Recovery Kit can be used to recover/isolate DNA fragments from agarose gel after electrophoresis in TBE or TAE running buffers. The DNA fragments that can be recovered from agarose gel will be between 40bp to 40kb in size.
