Column-Pure™ PCR Clean-Up Kit
This kit is designed for purification of PCR products ranging from 100bp to 10kb. Salt, primers, enzymes, dNTPs and other impurities will be removed from the PCR reaction products. The incorporation of a new technology also allows the kit to be used to concentrate DNA by eluting samples in small volumes.
