Description: 100 bp Plus DNA Ladder consists of 13 DNA fragments ranging in size from 100-3000 base pairs (bp). 6 µl will yield at least 30 ng DNA in any single band. The intensity of the 500 bp and 1500 bp bands has been increased to serve as a reference for easy identification. This ladder can also be used side by side with the 100bp-50 DNA Ladder (Cat. No. M109) for more accurate estimation of the size of DNA fragments.

Usage: Add at least 6 µl 100 bp Plus DNA Ladder directly to wells designated for markers. You may need more than 6µl of ladder, depending on well size and level of intensity needed to visualize the bands.
