1Kb Plus DNA Ladder contains
14 fragments ranging from 100bp to 20kb. It is a complete and convenient DNA
ladder for many molecular biology experiments that need DNA sizing in the gel,
such as restriction analysis and PCR. It is in a ready-to-loading format and a
5µl loading will yield a minimum of 30ng DNA in any single DNA band. The
intensity been increased for the bands of 1kb, 3kb, 6kb and 20kb, yielding the
internal reference indicators easily recognized in the gel.
