Fastlane 100bp DNA Ladder consists of 7 DNA fragments ranging in size from 100-3000 base pairs (bp).  5µl will yield at least 40ng DNA in any single band. The intensity of the 750bp and the 3000bp bands have been increased to serve as the references for easy identification. This marker can also be used side by side with other DNA ladders for more accurate estimation of the size your DNA fragments.
