Prices and Terms

Our prices are current on this website. As always, we do our best to deliver products of the highest quality to our customers. However, in the event there are changes beyond our control, such as unexpected fluctuations in the cost of raw materials, product prices may be changed without prior notice. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.

Same Day Shipping and Next Day Delivery

Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day by overnight air express, unless otherwise stated or requested. All other orders will be shipped on the following business day. All orders that need to be refrigerated or frozen are shipped via FedEx™ Standard Overnight or FedEx Priority Overnight and cannot be shipped by Flat Rate Shipping. Special arrangements for shipping and delivery can be made upon request. LAMDA BIOTECH will prepay the shipping charges and will apply it to your invoice, approximately $30 for most orders. We never charge a handling fee.

Product Warranty and Conditions of Product Use

We guarantee superior product quality and full customer satisfaction with the performance of our products when used in the manner described in our product literature. The purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for its particular use. Should any product fail to perform satisfactorily for any reason other than misuse, LAMDA BIOTECH will replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price. We reserve the right to change, alter, or modify any product to enhance its performance or design.

No other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, are provided by LAMDA BIOTECH, Inc. LAMDA BIOTECH, Inc.’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. LAMDA BIOTECH, Inc. shall have no liability for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use, results of use, or inability to use its products.

LAMDA BIOTECH’s products are for research laboratory use only and are not to be administrated to humans, animals, plants, or environment; or used in in vitro or in vivo diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or commercial purposes. Persons using the products should be technically trained as defined in 40 C.F.R section 720.3 and should follow the Guidelines for Research involving Recombinant DNA Molecules (NIH Guidelines) as presented in the Federal Register, July 5, 1994 (59FR 34496) and any amendments thereto. They should also be trained for using chemicals and follow the regulations of their respective institute or company for handling hazardous chemicals.

Returns and Claims

Returns will be accepted with prior authorization. Requests for returns must be made within ten (10) days of the receipt of your products. Due to the temperature sensitivity of some of our products, we are unable to restock and resell them and we will not authorize returns if the product has been mishandled. Claims by the customer for damage to any product in shipment should be made directly with the transportation company.
